Die Legitimation des demokratischen
Verfassungsstaates im Anschluss an Martin Heidegger
A large number of academics are not aware of
scientific limits. It is forgotten that scientific experiences are not able to
provide evidence about the condition of human existence, his liberty. According
to Kant, it was first Heidegger and his theory of existence that took up the
reflection on human liberty. According to Heidegger, liberty is to equate with
the fact that only humans are enabled to understand their possible destiny
through a radical questioning of themselves and because of that they can
organize their life. The contribution attempts to demonstrate what this means
for the law by re-establishing natural right and human rights.
