In the second part of this paper we will
analyze the correspondence between Leibniz and De Volder (1698-1706) to
try to demonstrate how the Dynamics proposes a new model of intelligibility of
substance. In particular, our aim is to establish how action, with all its
ambivalence, can be understood as a perception expressing degrees of reality.
This will enable us to bring to light a new meaning of a word of the science.
