Jahrbuch fuer Kommunikationsgeschichte
Journal & supplement series
The Jahrbuch fuer Kommunikationsgeschichte offers an interdisciplinary forum for history, culture, media and communication studies. The core of the yearbook is made up of essays on the history of communication that work closely with source materials and address both the problems of the past and the interests of the present. In addition, the Miszellen (Miscellania) present research reports on key sources from the history of communication. A detailed review section contains short, concise reviews of important monographs, collections, and editions. The Bibliographie (Bibliography) evaluates and lists the articles from more than 800 international journals and yearbooks.
Since 2024, the supplement series features comprehensive anthologies in the field.
